Wonderful side sleeper pillow, after 2 nights! I’m small boned, 113#, having short back, long legs, and chronic thoracic and lower back pain. All others were uncomfortably too wide, short, and firm. It perfectly aligned my lower back and reduced the stress on my whole spine. I woke without pain. The size and length gave full support and allowed room for leg movement, staying in place until I awoke. The memory foam softness was perfect, and body temperature remained comfortable. The well-fitted, removable zip cover was soft. A bit pricey, but worth it!

I am a side sleeper who normally uses a long body pillow though I toss and turn so I needed something light. Took a minute to get used to, but have been using for over a year now. It is wonderful. Right amount of give and keeps my back aligned. I would buy again when I need it.

I bought this pillow in both sizes (3 inch and 4 inch) because I was so shocked by how cushiony the foam was! It’s helped me sleep through the night with sciatica, I’ve put it behind my back in chairs after spinal surgery as well and it’s been so helpful to my recovery. I’m sure I will find other uses for it as I get better but so far I’m loving it.

I'm 5'1", so this pillow was way too long for me. It's also pretty bulky, but my husband, who is 6' tall likes it. We also discovered that it is ideal to take in the car for long road trips. The pillow wraps around you head and is very comfortable for a nice snooze in the car.

I’ve used it nightly for just over a month. I do think this has helped reduce my hip pain, but it’s just a huge, weird shape that doesn’t work well if you’re changing positions or sleeping with a partner. I also feel that the memory foam compresses too easily (and remembers…lol), so it loses its effectiveness over time. And, the fabric pills, which is mildly annoying when your bare legs/feet touch it. Ultimately, it’s overpriced and I wish I hadn’t realized all of this just days after the return window closed. I’ll be looking for another solution.
