I had a diverticulitis episode in May 2022. I have using this product since about a month. Digestion is better, cramps less frequent, intestines work on schedule, even my joints hurt less. The curcuma and ginger and their anti inflammatory effects are doing their job. Even my sleep has improved.

I have a gastritis these days and started to use this supplement which really do soothes my stomach and gut. I recommend it since it's a superb quality product and gentle.

I want my money back. The bottle expires in less than a month ???

I know many people have had success with this product but unfortunately instead of soothing my digestion it gave me heartburn likely from the ginger in it. Perhaps my system is just too sensitive to take this right now but I am disappointed as it did the opposite for me as what it was intended to do.
