Flawed instructions, too intrusive, so very disappointed
How anyone can put up with this in their mouth let alone sleep with it, and the step by step instruction is flawed. Put into boiling water. Ok, but dont you think a time should be included also? Am i going with 1 second, 1 minute, is it up to me? Are you setting the customer up to fail?Sorry but very disappointed.

It MAY have worked, but it didn't last very long
I've given this a go for at least three weeks now and have a few thoughts about it.To provide some background and a visual reference:- After having an overbite corrected in my teens I now have teeth that look exactly like those of Ricky Gervais. We honestly are identical teeth twins. I'm now at an age where I can't fall asleep on my back as I get awoken by my own snores as soon as I doze off. I've seen a lot of stuff on social media talking about your lower jaw relaxing backwards and it rang true with me because my teeth do not meet and my bottom set still sit behind my front set. So I picked this up.The instructions say you only get two or three chances at moulding this and I must have messed up my first attempt because wearing the mouth guard was agony. It was like working too long with your arms above your own head. I got it right on my second try.I can't really judge the first couple of nights because the device was unfamiliar. It was hard to swallow the saliva being generated but at the same time my lips were drying out. After these first couple of nights I started sleeping better. However, it still felt like the wrong shape and a bit of an uncomfortable strain on my lower jaw. I also discovered it can shift, but only in one direction sort of like a cable-tie. Make the mistake of clenching your jaw enough to move it along its ratchet and suddenly it is VERY uncomfortable. And now after wearing it a few weeks, it has slackened off to the point where it either doesn't hold my jaw in place or else it slips off and flaps in my mouth. The instructions encourage you to adjust it every so often to align your jaw but after only a few weeks the device seems to have reached the end of its useful life.So... did it work? I actually think it might have. I can't say for definite because I was sleeping, but I CAN say that the very night I gave up on it and took it out, I woke myself up with my snoring for the first time in a while.

Too wide for my mouth
In the box you get a carry case and a plastic unit shaped like dentures with a pliable texture that softens when put in hot water to mould to the shape of your teeth. The unit had a slider that you can adjust over time to encourage your lower jaw to sit further forward to prevent soft tissue collapse and widen the airway to stop snoring.Unfortunately this product is too wide for my mouth. It’s very uncomfortable. Due to its width, even if you heat the unit to mould to your teeth, it’s still too wide and I can’t fit my teeth into the mould. I found it made my face ache in a matter of minutes and also made me gag. I couldn’t imagine trying to wear it overnight. It may work better if you have a wider pallet but for me I unfortunately can’t use it.
