Hydrogen Water Bottle - Portable Ionizer Machine, Generator, Glass Health Cup for Home & Travel

Product worked great at first (saw bubbles, no change in taste to the water). After using it for 2 weeks, the resulting water suddenly started tasting like chemicals after using the bottle, even though the water tasted fine before turning on the H2 water cup. Very unhappy.

I had a problem in receiving a defective cover on my bottle and contacted the suppler to replace the cover. They responded efficiently and offered a complete replacement or refund. I opted for the replacement and I am pleased to recieve it today. Customer service is great and the product is amazing. I’ve been using the first bottle without the cover and I would definitely recommend. This doesn't work and it's impossible to return! After going back and forth for days with Amazon customer service, the Seller finally sent a return shipping label that has no address (somewhere in China) and no postage. This bottle just turns blue when you plug is in and press the button... there's no bubbles and nothing happens. Then it's done. The water tastes TERRIBLE. I'm not sure what plastics are in this bottle, but it can't possibly be healthy. PLEASE don't waste $1 on this.

I bought this a few weeks ago, plugged it in to a spare power usb brick I had laying around. I was shocked to see maybe 3 bubbles floating to the top. I thought maybe this was junk or I got ripped off. I pushed it aside and tried it again with a new 20w power brick and it was just like the you see on the Amazon. Good value, it did take a LONG time to get here and the box was crushed but the product was fine.…. I give it 4 out of 5 because the instructions should tell you what size power supply to use with the device or send one with the bottle so you know what to expect.

I bought this on the recommendation of a friend after investigating the health benefits of hydrogen water. I was very sent you can see something going on when you turn it on. I am typically more dehydrated than most people and the benefit I noticed (without expecting) is less dry mouth, lips etc. I take this water with my vitamins both morning and evening. I do think it is more hydrating.

It's OK not really what I thought it would be

Avoid this product. It arrives in a nice package and worked for about 5 or 6 times. Then it just quit working. Made contact with seller and was informed it needed additional items to be purchased for the initial product to work properly. I said I wanted to return the product. Was told they would give me 1/2 of my money back and that I should go buy additional items, as I was told before. Said no and requested a full refund. Still waiting. Seller communication is 1 star. Product is 1 star. Save your money. The only thing good about this purchase was that it came in a nice box. Communication, product and slow shipping make this product a bad purchase for the consumer.

After using it and pre-washing, etc. this product gives a horrible plastic like smell to the water. I am so paranoid about my water that I can’t drink it so it is just sitting on my countertop unused.
