Do not buy from Bodykind
One rarely leaves reviews, unfortunately this literally led to a bitter taste in ones mouth!The product is fine, as one has had these before.The problem solely lies with the seller, “Bodykind”, who deliberately opened the seal and inserted out of date tablets.After arriving later than expected, the bottle was received and the seal was opened and tampered with.The bottle and contents had to be consigned to the rubbish bin.

Ingredients
This supplement states it is to be taken initially as 2 tablets a day, then leading up to 6 tablets, then to 6 tablets three times per day. According to the labelling, each daily serving gives 135% of vitamin B12 and 52% of Vitamin D. Except it isn't clear what a daily serving is. Comparing the information on the website to doses of Vitamin B12 suggests that this is 3g, but again, the bottle doesn't indicated how many tablets are 3g. So I took out some digital scales - it's 6 tablets.Taking Vitamin B12 can reduce tiredness if deficient. Taking vitamin D supplements is recommended; this is gained from exposure to sunlight (not needed on a beach holiday), but in winter, or for those who remain covered, this would be useful.But are these the only ingredients? When I look up chlorella online, all the sites state that chlorella contains vitamin A. Taking too much vitamin A is dangerous, as it could harm the liver. So taking 6 tablets 3 times a day for any length of time would potentially be risky - and not something I would want to do. In the same way I wouldn't eat carrot soup 3 times a day for months, for the same reason.
