Wanted a shade for over patio doors. And wanted the fixings to fix to the wall. Arrived on the day said. Well packed. On opening everything was covered in plastic to protect from scratching. Instructions were a bit vague at times but was not hard to work out. Fixings were well packed and there were extras. Took two of us as to put up as it was a lean to fixing. All the poles were really good quality and so were the other parts and fittings. Once fitted to the wall and put the shade on the runners we were really impressed. It slides open and hooks onto the holding disc at the end with ease. It looks great open and closed with the advantage of a strap that hold it in place secured with Velcro. There are eyelet drainage which look good and it has rained while it was open and these are really effective. Overall we so impressed we bought another one. To go over another patio door. We did reverse the centre pole as we wanted it to open and close the opposite way. Would recommend this product.

Good quality frame - patience with instructions - looks good value!

Terrible quality, started rusting immediately and every time I'd pull open the retractable cover it would disturb the rusty orange water which would spit everywhere staining my furniture and stone tiles. It got to the point where I just had to dismantle it entirely and throw it away as it only has a 6 month warranty so the manufacturer won't do anything about it now. Awful product, I couldn't recommend it less.

Well worth the money Good quality Sturdy, love it

Fairly easy to assemble with 2 competent people. Looks good but the canopy clangs against the metal frame when breezy. Really noisy in stronger wind conditions. We added some padding and ties to the upright posts to muffle the noise.

It's been a month since getting this, and I still recommend it, but read on: The cloth is great quality but lets water through slowly, and pools of water will pile on it and WILL bend the frame irreparably. You HAVE to fold it away from wind/rain. It's ONLY for sun shade. It makes a LOT of noise when it's windy, and it sags and collects water that just drips through the cloth slowly. Otherwise all materials are superb quality and I've had no problems with it.

Must admit I was excited to put this pergola up now that the sun was shining. But what a disappointment found that the canopy was damaged. Couldn't send it back to amazon as the window to return was closed. Contacted Outsunny about a replacement canopy. Was first told that it was possible to get replacement parts. Then to be told no they don't do them. I've had problems with other items from them with not having spare parts then having to buy complete new ones. Definitely not going to order any more items from these and wouldn't recommend anyone else to. Can see now on looking at more of their items their star rating are poor.

Great product for the price. Takes two to assemble but pretty straightforward
