Is there a diagram of it's dimensions? Especially the bolt hole pattern

I messaged the seller and they were able to get me the bolt hole pattern right away. I needed it for an adapter for the Z-axis.

What is the lowest rated rpm this will run at? My current air cooled spindle whines and looses torque at anything under 8,000 rpms.

read before answering! if you don’t know, dont answer! can this spindle be used with a vector control vfd?

Yes. Any vector control VFD will drive this motor, given it can provide the required stated voltage, amps, and reach the rated top frequency.

Ceramic bearings/ NSK6002.. wich one is correct than?

I dont know ! In fact never work !! I am check and just only two fases work I descarted this motor !! Piece of junk I am not recomended at all
