Ispaghula Husk Orange Drink Sachets, Pack of 30

I ordered the Ipaghula Husk Orange solution because I had a temporary injury and was very inactive for a two week period which caused constipation. My results with the solution were positive and I was aware that I had saved money with this product when compared to a far more expensive rival brand which was approximately double the price. I found the taste acceptable. Not particulary nice like a fruit juice drink but this is a medical solution. Anyone complaining about the taste should think about the necessary medical ingredients and compare them to what is in a nice tasting fruit drink. A rival product may taste better but for me its a case of “down the hatch” job done. It mixes well if you put the water in first then add the powder gradually. If you pour the satchet in first then it will probably need more stirring. A good amount (30) at a low cost. Very good.

Doesn’t mix as well as fibrogel and lacks the orange flavour it mentions but cheaper and works ok

Much cheaper than the branded variety but just as good.

When I bought the product it was very cheap but now is astronomically expensive, it does not dissolve easily in water but leaves a sludge no matter how much it is stirred . Floats on the surface in lumps that need to be dealt with . The flavour is fine enough just typically fake orange. It may take several doses and lots qof water q to be eqfqfeqctqivel To be honest I have had better results with tinned prunes. As it only cost me £3 plus when I bought it qQi have nothing q to complain about.I was shocked to find it had risen to £17. I would never spend this for this product as I think it is no longer value for money..

Not as nice as Fybogel but cheaper

Provides a good source of fibre. Pleasant taste but hard to mix and dissolve fully.

A great product and works as well as the leading brands but at a much lower price point. I have seen some comments that it doesn't dissolve as well or as easily. I've encountered no such issues whether I mix it with a spoon or a small battery powered whisker. I now only purchase the leading brand when on special offer and only because it comes in orange and lemon flavours but just as easy to add a little lemon or orange cordial. I highly recommend this product.

to much to drink with is product I wronly assumed it would be an orange powder with a small glass of waterbut reading the box it was requesting you drink a nmber of glasses of water seller gave good service arrived before time
