Works nicely
I’ve only had a brief play around with this resin so far, ahead of doing something that I don’t yet have time for, but it all works well and as expected.I made sure the two liquids were plenty warm enough before mixing, as instructed, and the result was great. I found that some gentle tapping on the side of the mould when poured really helps the air bubbles escape too. This is my first time using resin and found the instructions excellent. An easy 1:1 measuring ratio and all foolproof if you follow the instructions to the letter.

Perfect for learning a new hobby/skill
Came packaged in a retail box. Great for beginners due to the longer working time. Good amount for several small projects or a few larger ones. Works great with silicon moulds. The 1:1 mix makes it easier to get the ratio right. Make sure to fully mix before adding in any additions so it doesn’t affect the cure. I would do a small test first if you are unsure if the addition is compatible with the resin. Work in a ventilated area and keep resin away from pets/children. Leave to cure in a place they don’t have access to. Use proper safety equipment such as gloves as you don’t want this on your skin. I like the containers and are easy to store bottles. Recommend using a scale as visual checking or with measuring cups can be tricky to get right.

good quality epoxy resin
I’m not very experienced with epoxy resin but have used it a few times for various projects and found this resin really easy to use.The kit included some basics, gloves, stir sticks and a small pot of glitter but no mixing beaker, fortunately I have silicone mixing beakers which are easiest when using resin. The instructions are easy to follow and gives tips for avoiding bubbles etc and the 1:1 ratio makes measuring each part easy.I plan to do a larger project with this resin but wanted to do a small test to see how the resin mixed, set etc. I found the resin itself mixed easily, I added in some glitter which mixed in well, and it was a nice consistency for pouring and there was very little odour. The set resin is really clear, bubble free and set really hard but took about 24 hours to fully cure but came out of the silicone mould easily.I’m really impressed with this resin.

Durable Epoxy Resin Kit
In my crafting endeavors, this epoxy resin kit proves durable and efficient. With a crystal-clear finish, it enhances the visual appeal of my creations. The 1:1 ratio ensures ease of use, but the packaging could benefit from a more user-friendly design. Overall, it stands out as a reliable choice for those engaged in resin craft, offering a high-gloss finish for various projects.

Brilliant Beginner's Kit
This is a brilliant beginner's kit containing enough resin for a few small projects. You will need to provide your own mixing cups and a set of scales to weigh out the quantities (much easier to weigh than rely on the graduations on a mixing cup). It's many years since I used one of theses resins but the included instructions are comprehensive and easy to follow. The biggest tip I can give is to make sure you mix the two parts very thoroughly taking particular care to scrape the sides of the mixing vessel as you go. Working time is fairly long, letting most of the bubbles in the mix rise to the surface and you can use a small blow torch or heat gun to burst the ones left on the surface. There are no nasty organic solvents either so you won't need a protective mask.Clarity is superb – crystal clear as long as you mix correctly and follow the instructions. Curing time is pretty long: at least 48 hours for a decently hard finish but you're better off giving it 4-5 days to ensure it's fully hardened. If you're thinking about trying out resin crafting for the first time this is the kit for you.

Good clear resin for beginners, as it cures slowly
This resin kit is ideal for beginners, as it has very clear, concise instructions, is a straightforward 1:1 mix , and as it cures slowly, it allows you time to clear up any spills easily. It is designed for small projects only, so is ideal for jewellery and coaster making, as they are shallower moulds. You get some gloves and stirrers, but I would recommend getting some disposable mixing cups to do the mixing in, as it is hard to remove unless you let it cure first. I am sure that one session with this m, and you will be hooked.I used to have a plasticraft set when I was younger ( about 10) and loved making keyrings and paperweights to give to family members, but there was an awful lot of nasty fumes involved, and that seems to have improved with the newer resins. You should still use in a well ventilated area, and keep any curing resin out of the reach of animals and children though.

Good kit for beginners
This is a good, simple kit for starting out in resin. I bought additional moulds, mixing cups, silicone mat etc to use with it (the mat is really useful to avoid getting resin on surfaces, as it will be very hard to remove). The resin is easy to mix at a 1:1 ratio with low odour and sets hard in around 24hrs. I advise covering your work while it cures to avoid contaminating it with dust or particulates.
