Q: Are these pencils Artist or Student quality?

It was stated to use polychromes instead by the previous answer but they’re NOT water soluble and definitely not watercolour. Check before you buy to make sure they are aquarelle

Q: Are all the pencils full size?

This is the complete set (48) and I full sized pencil in length.

Q: what colour are the pencils? The pics show a tin of blue ones and other pics show a tin of grey ones????

These water colour ones are grey with a coloured tip and the normal colour pencils that aren't water colour pencils are blue with a coloured tip. Both are in the Goldfaber range
