We purchased this chair and was skeptical at first without seeing it in person. I am glad I took the leap made the purchase. The chair is exactly at described and does in with our bedroom decor perfectly. It is easy to operate and relaxing at the same time! Highly recommend this chair !

After some back and forth delivery snafus, Amazon made wronged the right and we finally received our anticipated arrival of our Mazzup Chair Full Body with Heat, Zero Gravity, SL-Track Massage Chair with Foot Massage, Bluetooth and Wireless Phone Charger in Grey. I did my research and loved that this was a slimmer design (we lacked space in the hubby's man cave) and it arrived fully assembled (who has time to figure out the assembly, right?).We've been using it 2-3 times per day/each! I did say, the Bluetooth connectivity stopped working a few days ago, and I attempted to reboot/reset both my iPhone, iPad and bluetooth. If this happens, here is a simple fix: simply shut off the power, unplug the power cord, wait a minute, plug back in and turn the power back on. VOILA! Bluetooth works!Every house guest wants to use it, our neighbors want to and it's pure heaven sent! I travel back and forth to Canada and it is the first thing that hugs me as soon as I get home (before the hubbs lol!). I recommend it - it is the best value for your money!!

Setting up the chair was easy. But upon using it, the lower leg portion did not work. The company offered to send a new one, but after using the chair for a couple days, we decided that it was too intense and actually started to hurt our upper back.Returning the item and trying to schedule a pick up with the company that does so, was extremely hard. Scheduling a return through Amazon was horrible. The company did not show up to pick up the chair on two separate occasions, where we had taken the day off of work in order to be home for the pick up service. So I had to speak with Amazon customer service, which did not fix the issue as they scheduled the 3rd attempted pickup on the wrong day.Finally, the pick up company called me directly. I was able to schedule a pick up with them that was actually scheduled and performed correctly.After Amazon got the chair returned back to the facility, they never gave me my refund. I reached out to customer service yet again to ask for my refund as my item said it had been returned over 2 weeks ago, and finally got it.Don’t buy this chair unless you’re absolutely sure that you want it because the refund process is not smooth at all.

I love this chair. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I used my MIL massage chair and it had a few more features than this one, however hers was priced considerably higher which is why I chose this chair from Mazzup. So I highly recommend it and love it! Great value for the price. Virtually no assembly. The rollers make it easy to move. I like the look too! The grey matches my room very well!

This is an amazing chair. I love it! It’s very comfortable, soothing, and it reaches all the areas of my back and shoulders that are aching. Everyone in my house loves it. It’s used by my three sons. My Basketball player massages in the athlete mode and falls asleep. My other two sons massage on the areas of concern for them at the time. My parents also come over and take a 20 minute massage for their legs, arms, and hips. It’s great for circulation. In the short time I’ve owned this product it has already proven to be one of the greatest investments I’ve ever purchased.

The media could not be loaded. If you dont want your guest to stay long do not put this chair in the living room everyone will want a turn and once they sit theres no getting up. Id say thats a good thing. this is my go to when i get off work and fresh out the shower or watching a movie. I like the manual modes its easy to use and the more you use it the more you learn. You can chose different motions rubbing, tapping etc. By using the manual modes Or just decide if you want a relaxing massage or athletic and the chair will do all the rest. You can choose if you want more or less strength, which i love. Did i mention it dies the forearms and the feet. Sigh. The blue tooth allows me to play my meditation music and charge my phone. Its hard not to fall asleep if you turn off all the lights and close your eyes. Though when it leand back the phone dosent stay put as id like at times. The heater for the calves gets a lil toasty so we are sure to wear socks. It hugs your legs nice and tight but i have irrational claustrophobia Ha ha. This chair feels so good we thought of giving it a name :-) I Will say if you want it to get a certain spot you can manipulate your body around to get the job done but its pretty thorough. Ok I gotta go Cherry is calling me. Just buy the chair and stop scrolling glad I did.
