I love what this company is all about. It is a family business. I know this because I contacted them by email directly with a question and the owner returned my communication immediately. It was incredibly refreshing. As you can see by my photo, this was NOT going on my roof, which makes it even more important to ensure there is no odor. My septic vent is on ground level, just feet away from our front porch and bedroom windows. It was previously open with no filter. We have not had a single odor in the weeks since I placed it. I have even gotten down on my hands and knees and put my nose ON the filter to test its effectiveness. There is ZERO odor.
