The Blanbok Drive arrived promptly the next day and worked perfectly out of the box. I easily moved files from my iPhone to the Blanbok without the use of the included instructions. This is a well made beautiful drive with a metal casing that protects it’s data.

This particular product is very fast when downloading off my iPhone or my pictures very well organized. Can’t get anything better than this.

This is a neat little device. I have looked and looked (and bought) some earlier devices that said they would do what this one really does. I am quite happy with its ability to copy photos via the lightning connector on my iPhone and then, through its USB connector, allow those photos to be quickly placed on my computer. Despite the negatives listed below, I would still buy this little device! Now the rest of the story...... These are the negatives so hang on. The instructions are VERY poorly translated to English, and they leave out some steps too. I devoted several hours in trying to piecemeal things to arrive at the REAL instructions. Finally figured it out, and then hand wrote my own set of instructions. This is the only negative to the Blanbok+ device. So, be prepared to wade through it and then write out your own corrections and additions to the poorly (no, make that awfully) worded instructions. Now, once you have done all that, the Blanbok+ is quite easy to use.

It’s a convenient and somewhat convertible system that works well to share gobs of data or photos

Worked fine for a few months but then stopped working. The warranty page on the site is broken. Got in touch with customer support to get a replacement but it wasn't easy.

Use it to free space of my devices. It does the work .

I purchased the BLANBOK+ MFi Certified 128GB Flash Drive for iPhone to back up my photos, but my experience has been quite frustrating. First, I loaded the USB device onto my Mac and was able to read a PDF without issues. Following the instructions, I downloaded the BLANBOK+ app, plugged in the flash drive, and my iPhone recognized the device, asking for permission for the app to access it. Despite granting full access, I repeatedly encountered the error message "External: open dir error. path = /" whenever I tried to access the USB drive. I visited the BLANBOK+ website and found their FAQ, which suggested the following steps to fix this issue: 1. Uninstall the BLANBOK+ app, close all running apps, turn off the phone for 10 seconds, and then reinstall the app manually from the Apple Store. 2. Clean the lightning interface of the flash drive with a cloth or alcohol and reinsert it. 3. Try using other mobile phones to check for interface problems. I followed these steps meticulously, but after two hours of troubleshooting, the drive still wasn't recognized by the app. I tried it on two different iPhones with the same error message. I even reformatted the USB drive using my PC and Mac, but this did not resolve the issue. I'm very disappointed that this device cannot be used to back up my iPhone. The packaging was nice, but it was not sealed, making it feel like I received a used item. The app itself is not intuitive; the interface is confusing, with unclear menu labels and actions. For example, the option to save to local storage is ambiguous and doesn't clearly indicate where the files are being saved, making it redundant compared to iOS's built-in Files app. Overall, I cannot recommend this product. The app appears to be either bugged or the USB drive is defective. You're better off using AirDrop for quick file transfers or connecting your phone directly to a computer for backups. For on-the-go storage, sticking with cloud services like Google Drive is far less of a headache.

Clé en métal 2 en 1, avec une connectique usb A d’un côté, et Lightning de l’autre côté. Un adaptateur usb A vers usb C est fourni, qui permet l’utilisation dans mon cas sur un iPhone 15 pro. Via l’appli, il y a la possibilité de sauvegarder les photos, vidéos, contacts, mais également de filmer directement en utilisant le stockage de la clé.

Die Verpackung muss einfach Mal erwähnt werden - man hat das Gefühl, man packt ein neues Handy aus! Hammer. Der Stick selbst fühlt sich sehr hochwertig an - der Lightning Anschluss ist für mich eine absolute Neuheit, habe ich noch nirgends gesehen und mit Samsung Handy und iPad kann ich nun Bilder transferieren. Für USB C gibt es leider einen Adapter, wenn der Stick Lightning und USB C dran hätte, wäre es wohl praktischer, aber dafür ziehe ich keinen Punkt ab, denn das wusste ich ja vorher. Die Betriebsanleitungen ist mit Screenshots bebildert! Hammer!

A ma grande surprise, j'ai reçu cette clé 2 en 1 dans une très belle boîte, ce qui donne une image très haut de gamme. Je m'en sert pour sauvegarder aussi bien les données sur mon iPad que sur mon PC qui a un port de type C. Une seule clé pour 2 appareils diffèrents. Encombrement minimum! Je recommande +++
