This is a great monkey bar/ exercise bar for your exercise and it doesn’t need to be on the top of door frame like most others . You can hook it in anywhere on the door or in the studs in the hallway. My kids loved it as I am making it fit for their height.The stuff has been there for 3 weeks in our door and we have no issues.

installed in seconds. I have a solid wood double door wall in closet, and this is the only bar I found that would span the 4 foot opening. It holds solid without any movement with full range of motion exercising on the bar.
