Big Tab Write & Erase Dividers for 3 Ring Binders, 5-Tab Set, 1 Binder Divider Set (23075)

BecauseI LIKE that tabs are (semi) ERASABLE, I've continued to buy these for at least 5 YEARS..This is DESPITE a DEFECT in product MATERIALS.AVERY big tab write + erase DIVIDERS (TABS often DAMAGED by use---OFTEN a TAB gets CREASED while flipping thru binder pages). Then the tab might FLIP over, making the writing flip over too. OR eventually with continued use of a binder, the creased TAB might even break off.Manufacturer needs to STRENGTHEN the AREA where the plastic-coated erasable TAB meets its 8x11 page.

They last the whole school year, Love the reinforcements for the binder holes.

Plenty of dividers, simple white design, good quality, even better price. Bought them again.

If you're looking for economically priced, good quality materials, Avery is the go-to. The surprise benefit- and the difference that makes the few cents difference in price (if they're not lower priced) is the features. Well thought out features with the consumer in mind, like erasable tabs, larger reinforced tabs, reinforced binder holes and overall sturdiness.Avery remains a solid name.

Avery has nice products. The products have zero value when they have to be replaced because they were thrown loose in a plastic bag and folded during shipping.

The product arrived very quickly and in an appropriate sized box which surprised me as I thought the 3rd party seller might ship this lightweight item in an envelope. I'm not worried about waste though as the box will be put to good re-use.The dividers are lightweight / flimsy, not like the thicker Avery cardstock-type dividers I usually purchase ( Avery Index Maker White Dividers, 5-Tab, 8.5 x 11 Inches, Clear, 5 Sets (11421) ). But for the price and the fact that they arrived so quickly when I needed them in a pinch they are serving their purpose.These really are "big tabs". Compared to the tabs on Avery dividers I usually get (which are still wide) these are not only wider, but also "deeper" - they had to be trimmed down a bit as they stuck out of my binders, even my extra-wide binders. I would not expect to have to trim down a divider so it wouldn't stick out of a binder's edges.So, overall these would not be my go-to purchase (by far), but for the price & speed they are definitely worth getting in a pinch and are working just fine. I wouldn't use them in a binder that gets heavy use though due to how lightweight the paper is. Even with the gold reinforcement by the holes, I think they could easily tear near the tab if you are constantly flipping them (and flipping them along with the weight of a section of paper in a binder).-------Updated to add that due to the flimsy paper, 2 of them have torn where the tab is connected with just moderate use as I worried they might.-------Edited to add that I don't know if ink smears as I don't write on the tabs. I use p-touch labels and can say that they are removed with ease (even after 2 years tested) due to the smooth plastic-like coating on the tabs so my dividers can be re-labeled without problem.

This product is awful. You can't write permanently on the tabs; the pen will always smear off. What is the point of having erasable tabs? $10 down the drain. Avoid this product.

It is very thin and soft. Although it has tab but even then very soft, and I do not recommend it.
