I am using wheymills protein for quite a while now. Even though I drink a scoop with milk, its very light on stomach so yes their claim of having a good quality protein is true. Good for beginners and its effectiveness is good get results, no bloating and side effects. It contains 28 grams of isolate protein and 3 grams of creatine with 6gm BCAA,

Surprised with sugar content in the powder
I am surprised at the sugar added to this protein powder. If you would like to avoid sugar, I think this is not a product for you.

I was a little skeptical initially after looking at the price but I learned a thing that it is not always necessary to burn your pocket to get the good things.This brand looks different.They are not doing much marketing and I feel that is the reason they are able to sell it such a price I know these are intoductry price so I would request Wheymill not to enter this marketing game and increase the price.Yiu have won a loyal customer.Thanks Wheymill.
