The Belle Vous adjustable dumbbells and nicely made and practical. This is a set of 2 adjustable dumbbells. They have a good grip.The dumbbells come with 4 x 250g block each. They can be adjusted from 1kg by removing all 4 blocks, to 1.5 kg by adding 2 blocks, to 2kg by adding all 4 blocks.The blocks in question are round weights weighing 250g each. They can be added to the ends of the dumbbell. Switching blocks is very easy and done in seconds.These are good quality adjustable dumbbells and I can recommend them.

Die Hanteln liegen sehr gut in der Hand. Man kann mit 1 Kilogramm pro Hantel beginnen und hat aber die Möglichkeit auf max. 2 Kilogramm zu erhöhen. Beigefügt sind kleine Gewichte, die in das Gerät eingesetzt werden können und die mit einem Befestigungsring fixiert werden. So "schlackert" nichts im Inneren herum. Bin mir nicht sicher, ob Anfänger ohne Anleitung trainieren sollten. Es gibt einen Hinweis, dass falsches Training zu Schäden führen kann.
