Standard bulk pouch with no major flaws
The only issue anyone might have is with the over-under attachment system for a non-button loop. It takes some work to attach snug, but it hasn't slipped loose yet.Inside is standard with minimal pockets and specialty storage so you have free reign to just bulk load just about anything. I have no issues in craftsmanship. It is made to be big and store about everything. There is no place for moral or identification patches if that matters to you.

Neat little MOLLE pouch for my fishing backpack.
This MOLLE tactical pouch is great because it adds just a little extra capacity on MOLLE surfaces, packs, etc.I have it strapped on a fishing backpack and the extra capacity is nice for small items like snips and tying line, or small weights. It's not excessively bulky so you can't add too much weight to it before sagging becomes annoying. The zipper works okay, isn't super smooth but does not come undone which is what matters.

Nice bag to add to your MOLLE gear.
This bag/pouch is nice bag for small items or even a first aid kit. It is made of quality materials and I could not find any defects in the manufacture of the product. The fabric seems to be water resistant to help keep the contents dry. I like the fact that it is a MOLLE bag to be used with my tactical gear. The bag is one compartment that has two elastic loops that will hold items in place. There is also a pocket to keep smaller items. It opens with two easily accessible zipper heads that open around 65 percent of the bag so that the contents of the bag are very accessible. I am please with this product.

It's Like a Magic Bag
This is a great little bag. When I renewed a couple of my certifications, our instructor had a small pouch, such as this, that he had an amazing amount of medical material in that was packed in an orderly way. Call it envy, but I started looking for something similar; unfortunately, all of the medical supply bags were kind of pricey. When I spotted this one, I figured it would do the trick. I've got a pair of scissors (shielded), a multi-tool, two doses of narcan, bandages, gauze pads, tape, a couple of topical ointments, OTC pain meds, rubber gloves, some antiseptic pads, and a couple of other things that I believe are essential. Yes, it is a little crowded, and the narcan does take up quite a bit of room. but it works, nothing is falling out when I open it, and it's still weighs less than two pounds. For the time being, it rides in my backpack, and I don't even notice the weight. The straps you see in the photo on Amazon are adjustable, and they can fit a belt, be hooked into a loop on a bag or pack, and the material is a nice, lightweight nylon, so you don't even realize that you're carrying it.I was surprised by the utility of this. It could use a couple more pockets and maybe a zippered compartment--the narcan is in a pocket, but I worry that it might get jogged loose when carrying (it wouldn't fall out until the bag was opened, but so far, so good). I had to secure a number of things with rubber bands or ties to keep them in place and compact, but it's still functioning as what I needed it for.If your plan is to use this as a small utility bag for medical supplies or maybe to carry some hunting or fishing accessories, it should work fine. You could spend fifty dollars for one of the nicer utility bags, but this actually will do the trick for a lot less. Good buy.

Great hardware, mediocre fabric
While the nylon of this pouch feels rather thin and not exactly durable, the inclusion of YKK zippers is a very nice bonus.

Great MOLLE pouch for small odds and ends.
This is a nice little MOLLE pouch that I have added to a fiberglass MOLLE panel that attaches to the back of the drivers seat in my truck. It’s a little on the small side and doesn’t have any means of securing the MOLLE straps once they have been threaded through the slots, hence the 4 star rating. A snap on the straps and pouch would have been good to insure that it remains fastened. That said, it seems rather secure once the straps have been threaded through the panel slots and doubled back up under the pouch loops. The pouch has a small pocket on the inside of the front cover and two elastic loops inside the back of the pouch to keep small items organized and secure. The front of the pouch has loops of elastic cord that would allow for attaching items that you need quick access to. (I.e. CAT SOF-T tourniquet). The zipper pull tabs have been enhanced with a short of paracord that has been secured with an overhand knot and reinforced with a section of heat shrink tubing. As noted in other reviews, there are no drain holes in the bottom of the pouch but this won’t be an issue for the application I have in mind as it will be in my truck out of the elements.
