Disappointed
First it was late, didn't get it in time for my child's birthday. It was suppose to come Friday.Second the box holding the item is dented/damaged a good amount.Third the item itself is bent on one part.When I order an item new I expect it to look new, no tossed around and damaged.And the last thing I can't even charge it because the cord doesn't fit in all the way. I have tried pushing it more and it won't go in, thus not able to charge.

Does not work
After charging, orb lights up but motor failed to work. Fan would not turn at all. Instructions say that after turning on, lights will come on and then three seconds later, fan will automatically start. Nope!

It did not work
This product never workedI plugged it in to charge and it got super hot and smelled like burning something!
