Wont spend too much time talking about the benefits of the blend here but the bottle, pills and packing was good. Youll have to do your own research to decide if this blend is what your looking for but these are tasteless and easy to swallow. I will say that personally they did not make any substantial difference in my overall health but I also wasnt expecting them too. My digestion improved some but that couldve also been the glutamine I began taking around the same time so who knows. Overall its a good price for a quality supplement.

I'm happy with taking it for the last month. It helps regulate bowl movements. At 1st when I burped, I would taste it. After about 10 days it no longer happened. Good gut health.
