Great customer service, the first one we purchased had a break in the frame which shouldn't have been there, I sent an email with a photo of it to the sellers and they responded very quickly to say they were sending out a replacement. 2nd one perfect and looks very nice in our kitchen and holds a set of 3 chopping boards without any problems.
