Perfect!

I have some of the best insurance money can buy however, the head strap is something that we are only allowed to get every 6 months. This is the one thing that needs to be replaced MUCH more often. The strap gets stretched out over time meaning you need to continually tighten it and it also gets kinda gross from being around your head for 8 hours a day. I am glad I kept my old one because this one did not come with the plastic clips so be sure to hold onto your old ones if you get this head band. From what I can tell it's legit from the manufacturer and comes in the same large plastic bag packaging. I am glad I found this here on Amazon because my last one had to be sewn onto the face mask because it tore where it meets the mask. They are very cheaply made but hey, at least they don't cost too much to replace.

Not as soft as the OEM and stronger elasticity of the strap. Takes a little getting used to but it works.

The ResMed Airfit P10 nasal pillow system is made in Australia. According to the user guide, the complete unit consists of three components: A: An elastic 'headgear part # 62935; B: A set of nasal pillows, and: C: The 'frame', PN 62938, which is made up of a stabilizer, vent, and mask tubing. The complete assembly is part number 62900. This is by far the finest, lightest and quietest CPAP mask I have used. When positioned properly, it exerts almost zero pressure on my face and exhales easily through the diffuser on the front of the frame. The drawback of a nasal pillow is mouth breathing. I bought a chin strap that works perfectly to keep my mouth shut. The filters turned dark during our recent forest fires, so it clearly was keeping gunk out of my lungs. I have tried some of the ResMed knockoffs and have found that none of them will last as long as the OEM ResMed Headgear. Some of the knockoffs are just as comfortable and actually have better adjustment control and of course, cost a lot less, but none are quite as nice as the OEM. When it comes to sleeping well, this is one area where you have to step up and pay for ResMed OEM equipment. As most insurance companies will pick up the cost, I can see why the manufactures inflate the price for their components, but unfortunately not all insurance companies pick up the cost of CPAP replacement parts, so we have to look at alternative products to save money. At least you no longer need a prescription to buy the parts, as used to be required. Come on ResMed, cut us old guys a break and lower the price for headgear parts. Bottom line is "good part, but should last longer for the money".

Good (grief!). Giving 5 stars to push this up the review. The item is way over-price, and the ad accurate not at all. In fact 85 Singapore dollars is a great deal - for the seller Mall of Merlion - not the buyer.
