Still going strong. Update
Still going strong after 1 year and 4 months with little or no degradation. Hoping for another year at least 🤞. My Neato is over 10 years old, and I run it at least once a week, sometimes more.Update 1/29/23Still going strong! Actually upgraded to another robot vacuum and gave the Neato to my parents for the upper level of their house. Will purchase from this retailer again!

Excellent product
Excellent batteries. Had to return due to my vaccum stopped working after 8 years.

Terrible.
Absolutely awful. Within ONE MONTH, of course after the return window closed, these will not charge. And this is running it once a week. From 30 min charge and runtime, down to 7 minutes.

Don’t buy
Started out great….then within 6 months, would basically leave the base then stop and want to be recharged. Trying now to replace one more time ….. should have contacted the company months ago, but we all know how that goes!

Hard to tell if they are used
They don't seem to last very long on a charge. Do you guarantee these batteries are new? It would be easy to send reused ones. Not confident these are new.

Works great on my Neato....
Easily replaced the worn out batteries on my Neato. The batteries come in two sets, each of which needs to be installed individually. Took me about 3 minutes to pop the old ones out, and put the new ones in.Charged them up, and good to go. Great to extend the investment in my Botvac.
