Fantastic product. Bought in 2020 and it’s worked great all this time. Now out of normal wear and tear the hose tore. I called and spoke to Christina in their customer service and she was exceptional helping me solve through the issue. I’ve called to learn how to use it when I first bought the fogger and had amazing service back then as well. It’s great to see a company that not only has an excellent product but also stands behind it with high support.

Due to all the rain my area in Texas received this year the mosquitoes were out in full force so I decided to buy a sprayer, after looking through the reviews I settled on this unit. I received it quicker than expected by a day(to my family’s joy). Instructions are straight forward an after charging my battery, adding the repellent I was on my mission to rid my yard of these blood suckers. This unit worked like a champ it had great flow and I was able to fog my yard fairly quickly that evening. I noticed a massive reduction in misquotes after but I could use a second spraying. Fast forward a week later I decided to fog again, to my surprise my unit wouldn’t power up after I charged the battery nothing had changed. I contacted Petra tools in an email that night. The next morning I was contacted by Nina via email and she assured I would be taken care of after giving her my information on my purchase she promptly sent me another unit. I give their customer service and Nina 6 stars and the unit 4 only because it stopped working so quickly.Thank you Petratools for making this right.

The media could not be loaded. This backpack Sprayer/Fogger is a beast! I love it! When I initially received it, I wanted to return it because I hadn’t realized that it required a power cord and the area I am trying to treat is a great distance from a power source. Additionally the size of it was worrisome for me, because I am a Middle Aged Woman at 5’1” and weigh 105 lbs. I didn’t know if I could actually lift it once filled. So after chatting with Petra about this issue, they informed me that they don’t make a fogger on wheels or rechargeable power source. After some time I decided to fill it up and got out my longest extension cord, 100’. Let me tell you this thing is heavy, I could not lean over or the weight of it would shift and would have thrown me to the ground. I don’t know how heavy it actually is when filled, but it felt like at least 40-50 pounds. I am in pretty decent physical condition and single, so I am used to doing everything on my own, landscaping, plumbing, electrical etc.Once I was able to attach it to my back and stand up with it, I fastened the waist belt and walked slowly to get used to how the weight shifts in it. I held on the power cord so I wouldn’t accidentally walk too far away from the outlet. I did our back yard and front yard (spraying for mosquitoes) and garbage area, with still a gallon left in the tank. This unit works very well as a fogger. I love the ease of the finger tip on/off button and the shut off valve for spraying. My space is almost an acre of land and I was very generous with time spent fogging the area. My granddaughter gets bit by mosquitoes and her reaction to them is extreme and she can get very sick when bitten, always requires IV steroids, so spraying for them is a must. In the past I always hired someone to spray for them, but economics these days has me being more conscious of expenses. Any way, if your looking for a fogger, you will be pleasantly surprised at the power this unit has. It’s 5 Stars for me, if they come out with one on wheels, 4 rolling 360° I’d buy it in a second!!!

This is one of those "why didn't I buy this 10 years ago?!!" products that more than delivers. We live in central Texas and have a small, 2.5 acre organic chicken, turkey and duck farm - 100% organic. We also have a horse stable next door to the south, meaning most of the year we also must contend with the stable flies that swarm there.After only using diatomaceous earth (DE) to control mites, the mites and flies almost pushed us past the breaking point. I decided to give this fogger a try using Pyrethrin (organic pesticide dervied from the Crysanthumum flower). Let me tell you - this fogger is a rock star!Mixing the solution was a snap (1 oz per gallon of water) and the 35 pounds total weight on my back felt solid but not uncomfortable - the harness is robust, well-padded and easily adjustable. The on/off switch starts a blower motor which creates a venturi draw of the solution, atomizes it and sends it to the nozzle which has its own internal spinner fan to further atomize and blow the fog out. The atomization (fog) is amazingly fine and uniform and the force will send the fog stream to the top of the gable end of our single story roof. It is easy to control and took 30 seconds or so to feel like a pro. It will place a very fine mist on solid surfaces and the fog will find its way into cracks and crevices.After one application our coop is fly and mite free! The mosquitos that swarmed us on the back deck are gone! and the one hornet's nest that was under construction on one of oue eaves is abandoned after one pass.My recommendation is to purchase the 3M full face respirator to wear while fogging (I have one and it just adds to your feeling of confidence as well as provides protection from inhalation.Best purchase I've made for the farm!

I am 67 years old and was planning on just moving the tank around by hand as I cannot sustain that much weight on my back for any length of time. I have a small area I wanted to spray. What they conveniently forget to tell you is that the fluid coming from the tank is gravity (siphon) fed so the tank has to be above the wand in order for it to work. On top of all that every single hose connection on the sprayer was leaking. You have too completely dismantle the wand in order to fix the leak. absolutely NOT worth the money. And when it did spray it was a very small amount.
