Place the device on a level surface, remove the cover, and place your hand near the wheel similar to the above photo. like a leg
Works as advertised. Found it doesn't work if put on your body, like a leg. It needs to be on a solid object, like a table. You can see that it responds to both the body and thought. Found it rotating whenever I started to approach it from a distance. Seems thought can control it, I was able to move it both directions with just thought from 5 feet away (very slowly). My maximum rating is 300% on the first day. You can't do it for long before results get mixed and lower. The manual indicates its not intended for extended periods of time. You don't have to put your hand as close as the picture for movement, but for the highest rating you should. It is amazing to see that wheel spend with just your body energy. For anyone that wonders about energy in the body, this is a good indicator. Telekinesis could be tested with it as well. Well made, but for the price it should be.

A real marvel of a device!
I've been using this device for quite a few weeks now and I'm quite impressed with its functionality. It really does move according to how you focus on it! It also tends to move more when I'm in a really good mood. Sometimes looking at the device too hard causes it to stand still but then when I relax my gaze it starts to move again. I've seen enough of this device at this point to tell you it does exactly what they say it does, it moves dependent on your mood and mentality and also on how you focus on it, being not too hard but normal. I have no idea how this thing does what it does but it certainly worked for me moments after I opened the thing and I'm sure it will work for anyone the same way.

The force
So I bought this item with the intention of exploring the force which it measures. I myself have reached the limit of the tools measuring ability. This is not the result of thermodynamics since i have been able to reach 100% just looking at the device. This is the result of something not completely understood. I reached 400% + but my wife can barely hit 100%. I only wish there were more research and development intuit area of study as I am very interested in what my control over this device represents. Chi energy
I used this in my biofeedback practice with many clients. I think it is a chi energy measure as it works best when people are " happy " more than energy without happiness as in like hyperactivity. I think that as people are relaxed there is increased blood flow to the fingers which in turn causes a temperature flow differential to the air around the fingers, and thus generates a "wind" flow which in turn - tuns the wheel. I brought this tool to an alternative medicine convention and Reiki Healers were able to make the wheel turn fast without any effort.
