The best I've ever used . .
I have been using cold packs for a long time. These cold packs are amazing. They look similar to other cold packs, but stay cold twice as long as others I've used. I don't use gel packs for heating, but for cold, they hold the freezer temp much, much better. And as one more well thought out detail, they have made these to fit perfectly inside a freezer bag.

Does it's job very well
I've only used it once so far but if it stays in good shape for a long time this will have been a great buy as it gets and stays very cold. Only recommended to ice for 20 minutes max before stopping to warm up before reapplying.

I will be buying more
A year and a half ago I bought 5 brands of icepacks. I bought them for several different reasons. My room stays about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the apartment due to my oxygen machine. So problem number 1 is that it was getting way too hot. Problem 2 is that heat aggravates many of my health issues including triggering severe pots flares, which can land me in hospital. In order to avoid that, I need to stay cooler. Problem number 3 I have HEDS with fairly regular subloxations and dislocations. Sometimes the treatment for the subsequent pain is alternating hot and cold, sometimes it's just cold, depending on where the injury was. All of them need cold at some point and ice therapy is 20-30 minutes. Ice for pots is 30-45 minutes for heart regulation. So my quest became finding icepacks that would last long enough for treatments, withstand chronic use, withstand being in the freezer almost constantly, the weight of my limbs resting on them, and be somewhat comfortable. (To be clear, I do actually have an ICE pack too, like one you shove full of ice and then screw the lid on. You just have to replace the ice when you need to use it again. A little annoying to deal with. But works in a pinch, so long as you have ice handy. One brand didn't even last a week. It burst in the freezer (it was meant to be only an icepack, not actually for medical use, but like a cooler ice pack. My plan was to use it paired with a softer pack and have it rest on my back to help keep the soft pack colder longer for POTS treatment. I didn't even get to try because the ice pack couldn't handle the freezer. The next brand was very soft, one of those ones with fabric outside AND a fuzzy cover for it. Both with and without the cover it didn't keep cold for longer than 10 minutes. For $20 I expect things to keep temperature.Third brand has that thin white plastic over the outside, never fully freezes. Has gel stuff inside... one of the two burst almost immediately and had to be tossed, very disappointing to pull your icepack away to realize your towel is saturated in gross sticky gel that smells kind of bad.Fourth brand looks a lot like these, rainbow something... and they just couldn't stay cold and take forever to freeze. 8 hours in the freezer for 15 minutes of cold. Great for a sports injury maybe, but awful for what I need it for. Even doubling up icepacks and using two at once didn't help it keep it's cold much. Not comes perfect remedy. Sturdy, flexible, comes with a fabric cover (though I prefer folding a tea towel around it to let more cold through), have not seen any breaks in it, curved corners on the plastic so it's not really sharp, and most importantly it will keep it's cold for an hour. And it's just a touch bigger than some other brands.I've included a photo of perfect remedy next to resters choice (the fabric brand.) They have been out of the freezer long enough for me to write this review and resters choice is already almost to room temp. It's completely melted. Just sitting there. For 10, 15 minutes. And you can see perfect remedy is still completely frozen. Very satisfied with this purchase, I wish I had tested everything soon enough to return the ones that didn't work well, but.... I do know I'll be buying more of these for the super hot summer ahead.

They work really well

Way too stiff when frozen
I was hoping these would be a bit more moldable but they freeze up really stiff. So, limited applicability depending on the body part
