Natures Aid Bio360 Pro-Derma (15 Billion Bacteria), from Natures Aid, Skin Health, 60 Count (Pack of 1)

Have used this supplement for years, it’s great.

This is a great product. The photos were taken 4 weeks apart (during the ‘medicate’ phase where you take 2 pills before transitioning to one). Any breakouts I got during the 4 weeks were very minor and went away within 2 days. I still have a bit of scarring but overall I’m very happy with this product and will buy again.

My product arrived with what appears to be a sticker over the expired date. After removing the sticker, I found the expired dated was tippexed over. I removed some of the tippex and exposed the expiration date. A complaint has been raised.

I’ve only taken them a couple of days and the first day I felt light headed right after but didn’t make the connection. This morning I had them right after food and was sick.One of the reviews here advises to take them before bed so will try that tomorrow otherwise can’t continue if they make me sick.Not taken them long enough to see any results.

I bought these as my skin is always clearer when I’m taking a probiotic. I switched form another brand to this one as it’s made one especially aimed at skin. This was better at keeping my skin clear than my previous brand I’d been taking for a year. However it wasn’t as good with my digestive system. I didn’t notice as much benefit in that area. So I think I will have to combine this brand and my old brand to overcome this issue. Would def recommend this for skin issues. Vitamin A is great for skin!

So the first photo is from the 20th June and the second is from today (16th July). Personally, I would highly recommend these probiotics, especially if you are suffering from perioral dermatitis. I have been suffering from it for years and really struggled to get it under control until I started taking these. The spots have gone and the redness has reduced dramatically, my skin is smooth and looks the clearest it’s ever been and I achieved this in less than a month. I’m so happy I found them and will be continuing to buy them!EDIT: I’d recommend taking them about 10 minutes after eating a large meal towards the end of the day, as they did make me feel sick if I hadn’t eaten much before taking them.

I’m not sure whether these have helped particularly with my skin; my skin is clear at the moment but I’m also using benzoyl peroxide, retinol, and hyaluronic acid topically. Benzoyl peroxide is the number one thing I’ve found helpful for dealing with acne. They certainly haven’t done any harm, though.I’ve been taking these for quite a few months, and I definitely feel better in myself when I take them regularly. I also particularly like these as they contain Lactobacillus reuteri and Lactobacillus rhamnosus, both of which I believe have been found particularly beneficial for female health.

Didn't really feel any different from these to be perfectly honest.No side effects though so at least that.Your results may vary
