Not bad for the price but some tinkering is needed to make it work wise
I bought for SCA use...I got home opened box cleaned up the gorget bent the back around 3 1/2 inches to fit my back then added padding fit was fine... this thing is for people with huge necks my neck is 18" and i am on the tightest setting with a 1/2 inch of padding...I affixed my brigandine pauldrons to the gorget and tried on with my bascinet worked great... decided to go hit the pell for about 20mins and the wife called me in for food so i took off my gear and the gorget fell off after i took off my helm... the stiching for the buckles broke... i will rivet them but id suggest the company switch to a stronger thread... i maybe threw 300 shots... and the rivet peening could be a lot better

Great quality
Beautiful but uncomfortable. I have been buying one piece of armor every paycheck for a few months now in time for the Renaissance fair. These gorgets and a few other items helped me pull off the look of a historically accurate 11th century Templar Knight. I highly recommend this product. One thing of note though is that this thing comes shipped completely covered in oil to protect it. I recommend removing the oil with dish soap and water, then rubbing a light layer of CLP over it instead. You can buy CLP at most gun stores or online. This will properly protect your purchase and keep it looking great.

Good!
I am an SCA fighter so I got this for my fighting. I attached my pauldrons to this piece and it works nicely. It is very large so it affords a lot of neck and throat protection. I added grey carpet padding to the throat and other areas and it helps a lot with the comfort when wearing it. The buckles are good quality and the plate is nice and heavy. The adjustment of the neck size is small to giant size so should be good for everyone.

The actual real deal Gorget
This stunning gorget combines survivalist and RPG must-haves: so real it belongs in battle, so reasonably priced there's no reason not to own one. (Buy something you clean the grease off of, w/out it being a firearm!)I'm not even in the RPG culture, but when I tried this on before gifting it--I felt an urge to be fully armored. Go figure. Fantastic, quality product.

A big guys gamble pays off.
I have a 22" neck and this fits me. I'd say I max it out with breathing room. The rivets stick out a 1/4 inch on the underside which is fine if you are wearing the propper padding. I do need to bend the whole thing to fit my chest and back shape better, but the should be expected.

Massive
Very, very large. If you wear an XL or XXL, this might fit you? Had to do a fair amount of bending the metal to get it to conform to a human shape in front and back.

Good quality for a good price
Very good quality and looks very nice. However I found it difficult to tie the two sides together as the belts don't have buckles and they have to be perfectly tied so that they don't separate.
