Review: It has a subtle, pleasant vanilla ice cream flavour. While it is still very much a protein powder, it hasn't got the same unpleasant aftertaste or texture like every other option on the market has. I blend mine in my Nutribullet with some ice, half and half with Oatly Lighter Barista and unsweetened soya milk. I also add a touch of sweetness to it and occasionally blend in some frozen berries. Will definitely buy more. (Also, I have seen in some reviews that people say it's not thick enough... I sometimes a spoon of flax or chia seeds before blending which thickens things up nicely!)

This non-lactose protein shake is made from soy. To be honest, if I had nothing else to eat, it’s okay — I could drink it. I’ve only tried it once, and it didn’t really appeal to me. It tastes a bit like raw potatoes or grains, kind of strange. I once thought about adding fruit to it, which would probably make it tastier. For situations where there’s no other food or time, it’s fine. Maybe I’ll get used to it, but for now it’s just sitting in the cupboard. Some people like it, some don’t — for me, it didn’t really hit the spot.
