So, I’m reluctant to purchase gadgets with crazy promises- especially when it comes to beauty/skin care products. I had severe cystic acne as a teen and adult acne until I was 40 or so. My skin is damaged with ice pic scarring and thanks to all the drying acne products used for years, well, let’s just say my skin will never be pretty. I saw the reviews and decided on a whim to give this a try. After the 3rd use - I’m a believer! It definitely helped to minimize my extra large pores and my skins texture is smoother. My scars are still there but somehow they just look better. I have no expectation this will solve my many skin issues, but I definitely feel and see the improvement! I used it for 10 days and then stopped. After 3 days of not using it, I noticed my pores were looking larger again - so I’m just going to continue daily use. I alternate between the red and blue and sometimes use the green, but red and blue seem to work best for me. I always use at the highest setting. The mask is uncomfortable around the eyes and nose bridge when using the strap. I feed it easiest to just lay on my back and lay the mask on. The downsides are this: no lights over top lip which if you have smokers lines like me, you might be bothered by that. Also the eye mask covers my crows feet around my eyes, so won’t help much with those wrinkles. I tried using with goggles for tanning bed, but the weight of the mask seem to push down on them so I just put a pillow under the chin to take some of the weight off.All in all, I love this thing - it definitely works and I enjoy taking my 20 minute rest with this on every day. On Jan 7, I received the mask but the adjustable strap was not included. That was a little disappointing but the good news are all the lights and every buttons work. I contacted the seller directly and got a respond back in 2 days. I gave them my address to send the strap. After 9 business days, I recontacted the seller because I still have not received it. It appears that it was lost in transition so they resent me another strap. I got it in 3 business days. Overall, I am very happy with the customer services. First day, I tried level 2 Red. Next day, I tried level 4 Red. Then afterward, I tried level 5 Red, Green and Yellow for entire 7 days continuously. Each day, I used for 30 minutes only as recommended. My sister and I noticed that my face got really red (like I got sunburn) but it was not hurt. I never told her about my light therapy. I like having the timer, too. I'm just laying back and listening to the Dear Prudie podcast on Slate online and I have no idea how much time has passed, and then the light clicks off. Helpful. I haven't entirely figured out the strap but I just lay the mask on my face, anyway. Why do you need a strap? You should have your eyes closed or goggles on. Don't try to wear this and vacuum or something; you'll wind up in a face plant video on Youtube.Oh, and not only are my pimples disappearing, my face feels softer and smoother. Bonus!

The product does NOT work. The instructions say turn on the on/off switch - There is NO such item!!!The control panel lights up and appears to do things but NOTHING happens in the mask itself.Complete waste of time and money.Even worse, there seems to be nowhere to contact the supplier to find out what is wrong......
