Safety Issues, do not buy this product!

Do not buy this product for any reason. Firstly, Amazon ships these with the ends of the boxes missing and this all the parts are lost. Second, this handrail is NOT code! They have welded ends instead of returns on them, which is not code anywhere in the USA. Thirdly, because the mounting brackets have predrilled holes, they supply cheap drywall anchors to install, which should NEVER be used to mount a handrail! If you really want to use this handrail, please make sure you have an umbrella policy on your home to cover the personal injury case you will be subjected to by using this product!
