I was a skeptic. I saw an add for this on Facebook and it can be hard to tell sometimes if these products are actually useful. When I saw the price, though, I thought it was worth giving it a shot. It's not really gonna break the bank if it doesn't work, and it's a whole lot cheaper than a chiropractor.Boy was I pleasantly surprised! After my first session, I could tell my neck and shoulders were looser. After the 3rd session, I was completely relaxed and relieved of pain! I kept using it for 7 minutes per session, once a day, for 2 weeks. It was completely transformative. If I'm being completely honest, the results brought tears of joy.I used to wake up with neck pain and stiffness every morning. This product has completely mitigated that. Now I use it for 7 mins every 2 or 3 days just to keep myself relaxed, but I don't need to use it daily anymore.The memory foam this is made of is stiff enough to support, but not so stiff that it's bothersome. I have had it for a few months now and it hasn't lost shape or loosened. I highly recommend this product for any neck & shoulder issues.

My husband has tried several things to get some neck relief for two slightly compressed discs in his neck. This is one that actually works. Both his Doctor and Acupuncturist liked this pillow.

I don’t understand it. I can’t explain it, but I know it works. You can feel it when you lay down on it. I’ve noticed I can do things that I wasn’t even expecting to be able to do. I was just trying to relieve a stiff neck. Just do it and then lay on it every day. Thank me later!

Well I should have listened to a people told me it is extremely firm I know it has to be to a certain degree because that's what is for but it doesn't really get around your neck in a good hugging way for your neck to relax and take the weight off I would not buy it they're probably ones way cheaper than or better than this very disappointed and you can only land it for 10 minutes a day I think it's cuz they won't don't want your neck muscles to become too weak or fall asleep on it

This is a quality product and I feel as if it would do exactly what is advertised. However it is t going to happen over night. CONSISTENCY is key! I took before pictures and I will update this review in 6 months to see if I can see a difference. Proclaiming helps me feel like I need to be more accountable

Just started using it.

I started using this neck pillow to help with neck and shoulder pain from computer work. I love it! I get a good stretch and as a result, am sleeping better at night. It is worth 10 minutes a day! I feel so much better.
