Update:After giving my first review, this company contacted me, gave me a refund and sent me a new one. The play phone works. It is very cute. My daughter loves it. She can take pictures, play music, there’s a timer function on it. It has nursery rhymes preloaded on it. This little smart phone is amazing. It actually looks like a mini version of a real smart phone. It comes with charger. Picture quality is great. Can choose own wallpaper from designs they have. Games included. Sound is top notch. Screen is extremely clear. It can take videos and pictures which are saved on phone then can be downloaded mp3. My 7 year old daughter loves it. She takes it everywhere we go. Price is good. It does everything but no WiFi. So no texting or phone calls. But it is perfect for a child’s first phone. Not babyish looking either. Quality kids smart phone. I would buy again. 10/10!

I just received the phone in the mail last night and was so excited for my daughter for Xmas. Something told me to look at the phone and get it all charged up before christmas. Well good thing I did the phone will not come on the furthest I got was to the HELLO screen then it cuts off. I’m sure I received a bad phone which I am very frustrated about bc my daughter LOVES unicorns and loves to take pictures on my phone so I knew she would love this and it doesn’t work.

I bought this for my 2 year old niece for Christmas. She has been interested in looking at pictures on our phones and enjoys taking pictures of her own but was sometimes navigating to apps and using the other phone features. I thought this would be a great way for her to have her own "phone" and a way to take pictures that she could look at later. She loves it. When her mom is on the phone she gets to have her own phone time and can play music, take pictures, and play simple games as well.

Camera not good at all especially if you are not close to person or light. It keeps my 5 year old entertained for a little bit. All the features on it are ok. My daughter likes the record option. She likes some of the games. Not much of a fan of the mp3 selections. I would still say if you have small kids & they like to take your phone. Most definitely get them a toy phone like this one & better if possible.

UPDATE: The seller read my review and quickly shipped a replacement phone to me in addition to a refund. WOW!! That is impressive customer service.This phone was one of my 5-year old’s birthday gifts two months ago. We keep it in her backpack for outings, and it was barely used. Now it will not hold a charge and has a dead black screen no matter what we try. She is very disappointed.
