Aaron Shower Riser Rail

A little confusing this item, don't get me wrong, the product is excellent, just the contents are missing a "Hanging hook" It does show the Hanging hook on the box, but again is not listed as an included part on the box or in the parts in the instructions (see attached photo's) this aside, this remains to be a quality product, having read some other reviews the "soap dish" has been a problem, did you fit the "collet" as shown in fig:3 in the instructions guide? This was so easy to fit, and is an excellent replacement for my previous shower riser, and I encountered zero problems. My only one complaint is, this was obviously a returned product as someone could not live without the shower hook and for that reason I feel I have been charged for what is technically, a second hand product.So minus one star for this, Shame on you Amazon.

Looks classy in new shower cubicle the rider supplied with shower was not as easy to adjust

A little plastic looking but it’s ok and does the job. Have to say it was a nightmare to install due to not being able to mark up the walls easily through the tube. Thought the height adjust would wear quickly but so far so good

Bought this shower rail after buying a Triton shower head, was fiddly to fix to the wall but easy enough, all the adjustments you would expect, can angle the piece of plastic the shower head sits in

Easy to install and good value for money

Very reasonable price for the genuine article. Only downside is the soap dish. In my opinion, too loose fitting on the rail. Easy for adjusting height but the slightest nudge and it drops to the bottom again. Loose fitting also seems to leave it sitting at a bit of an angle, rather than level.
