Q: "As I Am" smells chemical-ish but proclaims to have a coconut smell...does this have true lingering coconut smell?

This conditioner doesn't have a chemical smell but it also does not, at least to me have a very strong coconut fragrance. It is very light and a little sweet but not sickly sweet or so much that it would give you a headache. I know that after I use it, my hair smells very fresh and clean. That's just my opinion; fragrance can be a very subjective thing.

Some natural coconut fragrance but not 100 % .

Q: How do I get a replacement pump the one that came with the conditioner won't pop up.

If you have not used the product and you cannot get the pump to work, I would recommend contacting Amazon or the seller for a replacement or possibly instructions for use. If you have used the product and now for some reason the pump stopped working, I would transfer the contents to a cheap condiment type squeeze bottle available at most grocery stores for approx $1 and using the rest of the conditioner via the new bottle. This conditioner is VERY reasonably priced. Any other options like a replacement pump would most likely end up costing more or the same as just straight buying a new bottle of product.
