Exactly what I need
I opened the RPM Massager an hour ago and it was good to use out of the box. Firstly, it’s hard to miss that there is no need to hold a button down to use it. Instructions on the top flap of the box clearly tell you to hold the button down to start the rolling, hit the button again to change speeds, and hold it down again to turn it off. My calves and tendons are always tight and they have been constantly painful throughout the day for months. That stopped after 1/2 hour resting my legs on the roller. I’m sure I’ll need to work constantly on working away knots and muscle adhesions, but this the first time I a long time I am walking pain free. For the price of a massage, it seems like I’ve found a solution to a chronic pain I’ve lived with for months. I’ll update this review, as 1 hour of use is not enough to base a full opinion, but the product is already worth it in my book.

Works great. (Do not need to hold button to use)
Works great. I use it daily. You do not have to continuously hold the button to keep it running. It’s a long press, like 1-2sec, to turn on/off and short press to change speed. I read some reviews about needing to hold the button continuously to use. Hope this helps.

Good, but could be better…
I was excited to get this massager after seeing a runner I follow use it on his feet. I’m always looking for ways to help my feet feel better after a run (or just a long day at work), so I thought I’d try it out. I will say, it does feel great on my feet. I leave it in the cradle and use it for 10-15 minutes on each foot, and I feel like a new person! 2 flaws, however - 1. I really don’t like that, in order to use it anywhere else, the power button has to be held down. There has to be a better way. 2. It’s so loud! It’s loud when it spins in the cradle just by itself, but add the weight of a foot on there and holy cow! If you’ve ever seen the original “War of the Worlds” movie, think back to when the aliens fire their weapons - that’s what it sounds like! I don’t like to use it when anyone else is in the house, because it’s a really irritating sound. I thought maybe mine was defective, but I see from the videos it’s that way for everyone. You’d think something this expensive would operate a little more quietly. So - I love it for my feet. It also feels good on my legs, but it’s awkward to have to hold the power button down. I wish I could use it on my back, shoulders, or neck, but it’s large, heavy, and very awkward to hold. I don’t know that I’d buy it again, knowing all of this, but since I have it, I’m gonna use the heck out of it after training runs or just on tired and sore feet. If nothing else, it works great for that!

Poor quality. Battery issues.
I'd wish I'd read some of the already written reviews before shelling out over $200 dollars for a such a mediocre product. I was only able to use this product three times before the massager stopped being able to hold a charge. Extremely disappointed. Money down the proverbial drain.

Next best thing to a massage!
The quality of the roller is top notch. Easy to charge up, and easy to use. Seems more therapeutic than just using a foam roller. My only complaint is that, when not on the stand, you have to hold in the "use" button to keep it rolling. So, I'm figuring out how to keep it on the stand, and then lay down to get in different body positions to roll my arms. Worth the effort, as it feels really great and deep.

The best at home massager on the market
I love massage! I own a gun massager but it’s hard to use it on my own, so it just sits there somewhere. I decided to try Chirp because it reminded me on endosphere massage for muscles and anti-cellulitis in cosmetic salons. The Chirp isn’t advertised as anti cellulitis massager, however I think it might work. My favourite aspect of it is that I don’t need help using it. I can massage my whole body myself, and don’t work too hard while doing it.

Worth it!
I’ve been waiting years for a brand to come out with a massager like this. As a Barber who stands hours a day, my tight calves and plantar fasciitis really appreciate this device.

Charge is awful
Used this for 15 min then died. Charged overnight thinking maybe it wasn’t a full charge then again 15 min. When it is running it feels good but… Exchanged it and the next came without a charger so thinking it was also a return. Costs too much to have this problem

Very good
Pricey but hard to find anything like it. Holding the button down is the only draw back. Stand helps with that

Goodbye tight calves
The only thing I've ever found to loosen my calves. Better than Stretching, PT, RMT, needling. Absolutely worth the money.

Update-DOES NOT LAST
I’ve been a professional massage therapist for 20 years, and I have tried all kinds of massagers, but it takes forever to get through a body especially your own. This one makes quick work of all the muscle groups and my clients also love it. I highly recommend this product.
