Best for beginners, helped me a lot in my journey , one of my best purchases, it's been around 3 years and it hasn't rusted. If u are a beginner or if u are not a gym freak and into calisthenics perfer this for arms training , though it feels light after a point , i suggest u go for adjustable 10kg dumbles
