I cannot speak highly enough about this product!!Very handy, straightforward, tidy, and sturdy!!I really hope it lasts. I am in desperate need to say goodbye to the razor blade.Only thing ladies, the wax does finish farely quickly. I used almost one: for legs and not all thighs and underarms (sort of).

Instructions are good and the wax strips are a lot. Nice product in general

It was okay to start off with, but after the first try I rolled the wax on again and it burnt my skin so I decided I didn’t want to irritate it further by pulling off with the strip. I had to wait until it had cooled and then had to use baby oil to slowly peel it off my burnt skin. It was excruciating and painful. This product is definitely not for me.

Easy to use. Only complaint is that i accidentally turn it off or change the temperature. Could do with being able to lock the maintenance temp and have a hold down feature to switch it off

I really like this tool for my legs, I don't really use it on more sensitive areas like my bikini line or underarms. This does take a time to warm up, but I would just set it up early like while I was in the shower and it worked great. It is just so quick for legs, takes a few minutes really and lasts long than shaving (and looks better too). Only thing I dislike maybe is that this particular tool can get a little messy, but I don't know how much of that was first-time consumer error versus how the tool is (or the quality of the cartridges). I look forward to finding out.

This product is useful for quick waxing without a wax machine need. Just plug it in for 20 minutes, and ready to use. Also, It doesn’t need a strip to stick wax on the skin. The machine's front side has a roller so it’s easy to apply wax on skin. This product is easy to use, and lightweight. It can be carried in a purse while traveling. It comes with 2 wax bottles with different fragrance ingredients, wax removal strips, and skin lotion and oil.

This device is so cool and convenient! I used to use a wax melt machine but didn't really care to do it that way. I tried this device and I'm not going back! It works well, last a decent amount of time of the charger, and the temp settings are a bonus! The only issue I had was trying to get the lid to the wax unstuck, it seems the wax melted the lid to the bottle but once i heated it, no problem!

I only received 3 out of the 4 promised honey sticks. Haven't actually tried the wax yet though. Will have to come back to that laterEDIT: I actually tried the wax and it worked perfectly. One stick lasted me on my both gorilla legs and still has some wax left in it. The distributor actually reached out and offered me a refund but since I got refunded by Amazon already, they offered to send me a new order. Definitely will keep buying the product in the future!!!
