Best chai mix on the market. For reviewers saying this is too strong- stick with chai in a tea bag. The real stuff is ground to this consistency, steeped in boiling water or milk. These low reviews are kind of annoying when you consider that chai is supposed to be spicy, and the spices are of course not going to be 100% dissolved. So stupid.Moving on! I take about a teaspoon of this mix, a tsp of sacred 7 mushroom mix, a tsp of real ceylon cinnamon, 3 heaping scoops of NOW brand stevia and steep in boiling water. Then I top off with creamy oat milk. It’s delicious and healthy. There is a residue at the bottom of my cup and I’m okay with that because… duh, it’s chai!I don’t believe this is loaded with caffeine although it has some. I’m really sensitive to caffeine and I can do two cups of this without getting jittery.I drink this fairly regularly (at least every other day) and one bag lasts an entire year.

OMG, I love this stuff! I like peppery chai with strong spices and this hits!! If you like spicy chai, I think you’ll be very satisfied with this. I will definitely buy again when I start running low!

Not a convenience option. Product info says it's dissolving. So I was expecting something that dissolves, but it does not, even with professional grade agitation steaming and frothing, nor extra time. This chai requires ultra fine filtration to remove solids, or an appreciation for chewing woody herbal bits.I expected a similar product to Jaipur Avenue's barista chai powder bulk bag, which is dissolving, and available with or without dairy. I wanted something ready to add water/milk and serve, like QuikTeaChai or Nature's Guru Chai, but without the milk.This product seems to be a proper black tea powder that does dissolve, but combined with semi-coarse ground spices. If you like Blue lotus (black tea included) or Spicewalla's chai masala (no-tea blend) then this is a similar texture.There is nothing wrong with a chai mix that has to be filtered or gives chewy results. But this not marketed as that. It says repeatedly that it's dissolving. If you were expecting something the office nag wouldn't bark at you for pouring down the drain in the break room sink, this chai won't do. You'd still hear about how awful you are.This product is more pepper and ginger than both of those but does not eclipse the other spices. The flavor is a matter of personal taste, but is more India style than American pumpkin spice type. The flavor is fine, I just feel like I got conned with promises this product would never meet.We have some serious brew tools at our house and could not figure out a way to rescue the results in an instant-drink manner. Don't think you can outwit other reviewers' results and make this something it isn't and can't be.And it's not returnable.

Barely can taste at all, maybe because it is unsweetened...? Added more than the recipe called for and sweetener and still not very flavorful.

I love their tea products including this chai. What i dislike is the poor zipper top of package. I have had 3 in a row fail. The resealable top separates from side of package rendering it inoperable. Please fix packaging defects.

I’ve ordered so many chai blends and this is by far the best. Not loaded with sugar like most brands and the flavor is nice and strong.

Found the chai was nicely spiced.Not too strong not too blandMade my own homemade iced chai latte. Felt so good saving money and treating myself at the same timeLooking forward to trying to vanilla chai flavor

The first time I bought this it was so good. Just the right amount of spice. But this time it seems as though the recipe has changed. I can’t seem to tell what is different about it now, but something has changed.
