Ecco Footwear Womens Elaine Tall Boot

LOVE this boot! I was looking for a comfortable, simple riding boot in a neutral color that would go with anything - and I found it! First of all it's very well-made and looks expensive (I mean, it kinda was...but worth every penny!) The 2-toned leather is gorgeous (I got cocoa) and looks good with brown, black and gray. I also like the dull, rustic finish of the leather. I normally wear a size 7.5-8 and ordered these boots in 7-7.5 (38) and the fit was perfect. The toe is on the wide side so it's very comfortable with thick socks.I didn't find that it was too tight or too lose around the calf area-just right. There is a small gap at the top when wearing with jeans which I prefer over a skin tight fit. The traction and cushion of the shoe is fabulous and these boots needed no breaking in, they were like heaven straight out of the box. I am thrilled with this purchase and know I will get years of wear out of these Ecco riding boots.

These are very comfortable and look nice as well. Since the do not come in half sizes, the 7/71/2 with a little big, but fits fine with socks. I'm usually a size 7. I found them to be a tad big in the ankle and around the calf, but not enough to be unsightly or uncomfortable. All in all I love these and they are perfect yard, garden, knock-around or anything else for that matter. Glad I ordered.

I bought size 10-10, 5 this is 41 EU size. The inner sole lengh is 27 cm.The shoes are very well made. Made in Slovakia. The upper is made of premium leather.They are super comfortable and nice looking.Great for a midseason weather. As there is a soft lining inside I can wear them even in the winter, when it is not so cold.The calf is not tight. I have a Medium calf. I can wear these boots with jeans without any problems.The boots are tall and hit just below the knee which is exactly what I was looking for.

Beautiful and great quality boots, also extremely comfortable! My only issues: 1. Many reviews were mentioning an extra tight calf area, I am having the opposite issue. I have normal to thin calf, and there is a 2" gap on the back of my calf. 2. I am a 7 and could only find these in 7-7 1/2 and they are too big. I suspect the 6-6 1/2 would be too small. I wish they would come in just a 7.

CALF IS HUGE, love the boots. The boots look and feel great, but THE CALF IS HUGE. It measures 17" around. Unless you have really thick calves, these boots will be very loose and stand out around the calf overall and very visibly at the top of the boot. Online reviews read from too tight to too loss in the calf. Can't figure it out. Will return them. Based upon boot size 7 - 7.5 Review written March 7, 2016.

I am very happy with my shoes! they came a lot sooner than expected.They are comfortable and amazing on the foot, I like a tight fitting shoe and I thought they would be loose even with a big fluffy sock on. but they were perfectly snug with big socks!the leather is fabulously luxurious and it has amazing tred! I will next slip on the mud in the barn ever again!they aren't super bulk so they don't look stupid for fashionable wear when not at the barn, but they are quite practical and functional. 'LOVE the tough heel and toe parts, makes for nice protection against bumping or getting things dropped on it. (they are by no means steal toed, but definitely tough).

These are great boots, very well made. The foot bed was also extremely comfortable, and would be great for walking around all day. Unfortunately i am returning them. I measured my calf (it was 16") and these boots only go up to 15" around the calf. I could have forced the zipper up, but that was with a bare leg. I knew i could never zip them up wearing leggings or jeans. So if I were you, I would not order these boots unless your calves are 15" or less!

The Elaine Tall Boot are beautiful and comfortable. They are tall and hit just below the knee which is exactly what I wanted . They look durable yet stylish. I have already gotten comments on them. I do have to note that I needed to exchange these boots which makes me sad to be without them for a week. There was a slight defect in the right boot where the cushion didn't extend through the toe box. But Amazon is amazing and did the exchange immediately. Very happy customer!

Very nice - they look much more "delicate" in reality than in the photo. Light, but warm.The fit is standard for Ecco shoes (size UK8-8.5 fits 27cm long feet). Shaft is medium width, not terribly wide even in larger sizes. I got them at a great price so very happy with my purchase for now.

Lovd my boots, warm and comfortable

Lovely boots, comfy from day one, and really warm and cosy too - have hardly stopped wearing them since I've received them! These boots are just what I hoped for - slim enough not to look too chunky around the legs, but can still wear over a pair of skinny jeans.
