I wanna start by saying I am in fact a real person and customer. I recently got the meta quest 3 and the head strap it comes with is just terrible. I was browsing around and found this one. Was a bit nervous to buy it but so glad I did. Shipped with UPS, came two days later. The head strap is a game changer. Super comfortable, easy to install, and the wheel makes it so easy to loosen or tighten to get that perfect fit. Battery pack is also stellar, I played resident evil 4 VR for about an hour and a half with the battery pack in and my quest never went below 100% and the battery pack didn’t lose even a quarter charge. I’m very happy with this. Design is great, it’s sturdy and quiet, and no extra heat. 10/10

I purchased this headgear&battery combo because the headgear that came with the Oculus is terrible. Either it was too loose or too tight and after some time playing, I felt like my face was being pulled off my skull. My second gripe was the battery life. I understand it's a powerful computer and in a compact package. However, I wanted more time to play. So after searching and looking at different headsets, I settled on this because, it looked well built and comfortable. Adjusting the headgear for different users is a breeze compared to what comes with the Oculus. sliding the headset on and off is very easy smooth. This headgear makes the Oculus feel sturdier. In terms of weight, the addition of the battery benefits in 2 ways 1. longer play and 2. the battery balances the headset. this prevents the dreaded face pull.I give this headgear a solid A. It fits good, it works well, and most of all, the price is fantastic.

this is great, I bought this and it is perfect. Fits proper and is comfortable, easy to install.

I bought this product because I am recently at the time bought the quest three, which was an upgrade from the quest two. But, thanks to Meta and their wonderful designs, my expensive Meta strap for the quest two would not be able to be used on the quest three because of how they attach.So that left me with the dilemma to either spend another $120 and buy a new Meta strap that would work for the quest three or get an offbrand like this.So I opted to save the money and get this.Result: Battery life is really good, and I can play plenty of the hours. I want to without battery interruption. It charges pretty quickly and is comfortable enough.The only downside and reason this didn’t get five stars is because the charging capabilities could’ve been better. What I mean by that is it would have been nice to have a single cable USB-C to plug into the Meta unit, that was permanent into the battery pack. Then have the USB-C port to plug-in from the wall to the back of the battery pack so that it would charge both the battery pack and Meta at the same time.However, in order to charge the Meta unit you have to unplug the battery pack from the Meta unit. Use a separate USB-C to charge the Meta unit and then a separate USB-C to charge the battery pack.This gets a little bit tedious every time I want to charge I have to unplug the units from both ends with the included mini cable then I have to plug each unit separately just to get the batteries to charge. Thankfully, I have enough free ports to be able to do that..Otherwise, it’s a great product. Maybe another version will come out later where they make it one cable versus the above mentioned. If that’s the case, I probably stick with it.

This thing works great and is a huge upgrade from the original head strap and is super comfortable. My 5 year old is able to comfortably wear it and and so am I with my large head. The battery life is great and charges really fast. Now off one charge you can easily get 4 + hours of play time without having to recharge. The amount of adjustment keeps the weight evenly distributed on your head to where you don't notice it at all. The adjustable dial makes it very easy to use my 5 year can easily adjust it to fit himself.
