I never really heard of this olive oil, rage but decided to try it. The olive oil isn’t the problem. It’s the belt is hard to keep on you or get it on you the right way. And there are no instructions really on how to apply the belt to you or how to use the smaller pad. Anyway, the smaller pad worked great the bigger one was more bulky than anything else

Wanted it to work but it is too uncomfortable
I liked the softness of the wrap but the velcro and plastic buckle was so uncomfortable that I kept trying to adjust it but nothing worked. It telco pinched and poked my skin. I would never have been able to sleep with it. I'm trying a different product now.
