Used this in Italy for 3 weeks. Worked great!. Please note that this will not (as stated in the description) convert 240v to 120v. You have to look at the device you are plugging into it. It should have an input voltage marked on it. if it says 120v - no bueno. If it says 110-240v - all good. USB ports are the standard 5v and work great.It is great that the prongs fold out of the way and it handles the 2 prong outlets and the 3 prong outlets. The third prong is retractable. Because of the folding prongs, it just fits better in your bag and is less bulky.2 USB ports are nice if that's all you need and an extra USB charger gives you even more ports - most USB bricks you get for charging your phone handle 240v, but double-check.We did not take our hair dryer or straightening iron, but both of them were only rated for 120v, so be careful and check them if you intend to use them with this outlet. Read them before you buy.Durability: It worked great for 3 weeks - not the best long-term test. Nothing appeared to be getting weak on the folding mechanism, which is where I would expect a failure. I expect to get several more trips out of these.

We used these in London for several days and all over Scotland for three weeks. They traveled well and delivered reliable charging for phones, tablet, and camera batteries.

This is easy to carry and support more options like Normal USB, Thunderbolt and AC power to support US pins to be used in India and asian countries where the rounded plugs with 225 volts are used. This plug have the foldable plugs so it won't harm anything in the bag and have a LED which shows that the plug is working. It has 3A DC charging point for fast charging which charges an iPhone 15 series witnint 30-40 minutes about 90%.I am happy that I bought this one so I don't have to carry the multiple chargers, just cables and it can charge my power bank, apple watch and iphone along with I can use the AC power parallel to charge my laptop using it's own charger plugged into the sockets.

We took these two converters to Italy and they worked great. I was even able to sell one to a needy neighbor in Italy.
