I'm really loving this product. It helps to break down my food fast. It works so well that I only need to take one before a meal every other day. Makes the pills last longer, and my stomach bloating is a thing of the past. I have no discomfort. No stomach griping. I will definitely buy this again.

As a doctor, I understand the importance of wellness and filtering through supplements to find the right one. Not only is this organic, but it’s easy to swallow, and actually does what it is supposed to do!Whether you are having a hard time breaking down food, or as a supplement to perhaps prevent gas and bloating; this is the solution,

-And while I agree my digestion is greatly improved, I too, am concerned about the soy ingredient as I move forward...I have ALSO learned? It is GOOD to alternate some of these products and not be "married" to any one indefinitely because our bodies change - they get use to very often, certain substances that wind up not working as well after awhile...I'm now on the search for a new product BUT I don't discount the value of this Microbiome, I really don't. I just believe in changing it up for the sake of my own immune system's operation.

I’ve been taking these for over 30 days now and haven’t experienced any difference in my digestive health. I bought them to support bloating and lactose intolerance but they don’t do anything for me.

Ok for a once in awhile cleanse I guess, I didn't notice much difference then taking a probiotic honestly I think there is probably a better cleansing product out there that you NOTICE the difference

I recently learned the importance of balancing the microbiome to improve health and I was introduced to some amazing supplements that heal your microbiome. They are very expensive and so I thought I'd research alternative solutions to save some money. I found the Microbiome Plus on Amazon and was thrilled, this was just what I was hoping to find! I bought all of the products to work together and give me optimal support... The first day I had no energy, by day 2 I was bloated and constipated, on day 3 I was constipated and experiencing explosive, stinky gas and felt lot of abdominal pain and nausea. Needless to say I happily returned to paying more money on products that really are healing my gut and helping me feel amazing. Some things are just worth the money. This product is not.

This supplement is the best. I often get bloated after eating heavy meals, but when I pop one of these first it prevents that. Totally recommend trying these to anyone with digestive issues or even just to maintain a healthy gut.
