For those who routinely cant their rifle about the same each time these allow you to establish a repeatable elevation plane that reduces angular displacement errors. Not worth worrying about if you do not shoot long range.

perfect bubble level for those serious about precision shooting
I ordered this for the scope on my PRS setup and so far this bubble level has been great. right off the bat, the build quality is rock solid as it was an exact fit on my scope. made of metal and having the top and bottom slide together for easy installation sure worked well and there is no play once fully installed. the wording in the product description is weird as it states "Picatinny rail mount level fits a scope installed on picatinny rail" when this anti-cant level is mean to be mounted on a scope to help level and keep the gun level as well for better accuracy. like others have said, a little loctite would go a long way when installing this as it can loosen after so many rounds are fired. all in all this anti-cant bubble level for scopes performs as well as many alternatives from big brands that cost double if not more.

34mm anti cant device to small
Will not fit my Vortex Venum scope its only about 33mm........too Small.....

Cheap. Not sure I would use it on an important shot.
In its tightest configuration (clamped down) it measures 1.322. inches. At its loosest setting it measures 1.400 inches. The bubble level measures 0.6560 inches in length. The clamping system has one screw on top and one on bottom. This can not be changed as the parts are threaded.

Good fit
The rings are a good fit over the scope tube and seem to show the level accurately. I would point to the location of the screw which does not let you use the torque tool to tighten it. Tightening it manually seems to work fine and the ring holds securely on the scope. I do recommend using loctite though to ensure that it does not get loose over time.
