Q: Does this fit a 2015 Chevy Silverado?

It should fit as it goes in the trailer hitch.

Q: This seems to be two different looking tow hitch covers. Which is the correct one that I would receive? One looks like a light reflector.

What you would receive is a hitch cover that has a somewhat bright shiny finish, but it does not reflect light like a mirror does. My first one lasted over eight years and the finish held up extremely well - I had to purchase a new one because someone hit my back end while backing up in a parking lot and cracked it. I am very satisfied with the style and finish of the product.
