Good quality, fine, thin terry cloth material, washes well with no shrinkage. Deep pockets are very handy and make it easy to put cover on the mattress. This is not a high end cover but it is just what I wanted and needed for our guest bedroom mattress.

My expectations were met and beyond with this mattress protector. It's soft on the top side but then has the plastic lining layer on the underneath side to protect the mattress. It has deep pockets so it's versatile to fit all depths of mattresses. Was easy to put on and stayed put. Best part, could not feel or hear the plastic lining when sleeping. Easy to take off in accidents and throw in washer.

Fits well and holds up to occasional potty training accidents. Washed well. Soft and not too loud. Has a lot of stretch for deep mattresses. Easy to put on.

I purchased this mattress protector for our new bed because my hubs sweats in his sleep and it stained our last mattress. I washed and dried it last night and put it on our new bed and lo and behold, it works! I checked the mattress where he sleeps and it was completely dry but the pad was damp where it absorbed his sweat. The pad goes on easily and tight, it's not bulky at all and is very soft after washing and drying it. The terry cloth type material washed up beautifully, in fact so well I have another one on the way for the new mattress in our spare bedroom before anyone sleeps on it. I will take this off weekly as I do our sheets and wash so it stays as fresh as possible. I find this mattress protector more than worth the price I paid for it and will order again as needed. Our mattress is 16 inches deep, and this does have room for a couple more inches deep so would fit an 18-inch mattress easily.

This mattress protector fit my short Queen RV mattress perfectly. It is easy wash, and dries well on the low heat setting. The mattress protector is thin, so do not expect to gain any cushion from it. I put this protector over my mattress topper and mattress, then I placed an old fashioned quilted mattress pad over it for even more soundproofing and protection. The fitted sheet then completes the ensemble. Using a waterproof protector as a base is worth it to prevent sweat stains, and other mishaps to your mattress, keeping your mattress like new for many years,

I ordered this mattress protector upon recommendation of an area TV personality who publicizes good deals. The price was very attractive, so I placed the order. I wish I'd taken a pic of what the product looked like when it arrived - it was rolled up super tight and completely bound in clear packing tape (it looked like a giant tampon). It took some effort to get the mattress protector out of the tape, and when we did we found a small hole in the protector, so it's not going to be completely waterproof because of that damage. I can't be sure, but it looks like it had been "repackaged" in the packing tape, which stuck to the actual protector and pulled a hole in it. I decided to keep it anyway, since it was cheap. The protector fit my bed perfectly, and stays in place. It is on the thin side, so if you're looking for something with some "fluff," this is not the product for you. The part you sleep on has a very low pile terry-ish feel, backed by a vinyl/plastic packing (this is what got torn). I wouldn't say it's "noiseless" as advertised, but it's not terribly crinkly either. Bottom line, I ordered a cheap product and that's what I got. It's sufficient as a backup item, or maybe in a guest room, but splurge a little for your own bed and go with something better.
