I considered buying this bottle for some time. It's expensive and i was concerned about some of the reviews. I was worried it was going to be a waste of money. I need to track my fluid intake for health reasons and rather than keep a mental tab on it, i like the idea of the bottle just doing the work for me so i don't need to think about it throughout the day.I've been using it for about a week now. The set up is quite simple. It didn't work the first time i tried but that was because i didn't follow the instructions properly!Every time you refill the bottle, before you drink from it, you need to sit it on a flat surface so that it will continue to log your intake.It has been syncing well and I've had no issues so far. It's an attractive looking bottle and it does what is advertised. The bellabeat customer service is also very prompt - i messaged to ask a question about frequency of syncing and they replied much sooner than their target response time.I think this bottle is useful if you need to track your fluid intake. I haven't experienced and leaks and the bottle is comfortable to hold.I will return to update my review in the future if issues arise.

I like the design and being able to track my water intake. The app reminds me three times a day to imbibe water. The bottle is a safety glass 500ml bottle with a rubber casing round it. It's a pretty bottle. I have ordered a water bottle carrier to put it in as I don't want to damage it as this is an investment piece for my long-term health and wellbeing. The bottle comes apart for washing. Just don't wash the battery piece right at the bottom mind. Battery easy to change. Can check battery level in app. Bottle syncs switching Bluetooth on fone on and shaking the bottle by the fone to activate it's Bluetooth. Is accurate and can enter quantity manually too. So heads up bottle is glass. Protect it. Don't get battery bottom wet and don't store in fridge or add ice. Checked this with the excellent bellabeat customer services. Read how to use properly and look on the bellabeat site for information. And yes i look silly shaking a bottle at my fone. My partner laughs at it. This product is good and I am happy

Bought first one. After a day, it started to have sync issues and no measurement was taken. It had its mind - constantly had to turn bluetooth/wifi on and off and sometimes it worked. Customer service is useless - if you click "report problem" it automatically sends "Leaf Pairing Issues" so they sent back video tutorial for Leaf, not Spring which was completely irrelevant. Finally got fed up so got replacement - this one now doesn't even recognise device. I'm fed up with this very expensive piece of garbage. Do not buy - waste of your time and energy, not good for health and well being at all. Oh, and apparently they do not accept replacement nor refund unless THEY declare it is faulty. Do not buy from their website, at whatever cost - their solution was to turn wifi/bluetooth on and off, then reboot phone. NOT helpful at all.

A bit of a faff to register what water you drink

I love the Leaf Products so thought I'd try this. It arrived and worked well on the first attempt. However, on the second use water started leaking out the bottom for no reason. Naturally being disappointed - I let the supplier know. They said they would send me another one. A week later I still hadn't received anything so I contacted them again. I then got an email response saying that the batch of products received were faulty so a refund had been issued and to try and purchase another one in 4 months time.

Brill really handy way to make sure your drinking enough water

Absolutely a stupid product since you need to skake it for it to connect to your app. Total waste of money
