Great little flexible EDC light
I've been a fan of Wuben lights since I got my first X0. I like the unique design and quality build. So I picked up the newer E7 along with the extension tube and headband. To me this combination gives you extreme flexibility. Here are some pro's and con's compared to my X0 and other lights I have.Pros:-I love the green color and the surface finish looks really nice and will hopefully hold up well. I will update later if I see any unusual wear and tear.-The replaceable battery. That is one thing I do not like on the X0 or X2, not that I have had a need to replace the battery in either of these after years of use, but it is nice knowing it can easily be replaced.-You can use the light while charging. Not that I would do this frequently, but nice to know it can be done if needed.-The rubber USB-C cover is easy to open and I believe will protect the port better than the flap on the X0 or X2, although the flap is fun to play with on these. I will see how durable the rubber cover is and report back if there are any issues.-The availability of the extension tube is one more layer of flexibility. I have a few 18650 cells and being able to use these for either extended run time or just incase adds to the appeal of this light in an emergency.-It clips easily into the headband for hands-free use.-The wider beam spread over the X0 is perfect for use in the headband.-The magnetic tail allows you to mount the light to any metal vertical surface and aim light down. Think changing a flat tire. I've used my X0 for this very scenario and it was extremely handy.-The clip provides a firm hold while still easy to use. The clip on the X0 was too stiff.-The UI is very simple to learn. Single press is ON/OFF, press/hold cycles between L-M-H, double click is turbo and triple click is SOS/strobe.-The low setting is perfect for reading in the dark, typical moonlight mode.-Turbo is extremely bright.Cons:-The USB-C charging does not seems to follow the full USB-C charging standards. So what this means is that if you have a newer charger and use a USB-C to USB-C cable, such as the one provided, it may not work. I tried plugging it into a couple different power banks and my laptop with the supplied cable and another USB-C to USB-C cable and the unit would not charge. I plugged it into an older power brick with the same cable and it started to charge. I then tried a USB-A to USB-C cable on the same power banks and laptop and it charged just fine. I feel this is minor as long as you understand the limitations. I always have a combination of cables with by power bricks, so this will not limit my use.

Excellent bright work light
One of the best work lights I've owned. 3 different modes allows you to save battery life when you don't need it to be too bright and bright enough to get in dimmer situations. Strong magnet mount for hands free use. It's compact enough for smaller spaces and puts out big light. The clip makes it easy to carry as well as giving you another option for hand free use. Great quality and well made, durable enough for any work place. Would make a great stocking stuffer, or gift idea, or just buy it for yourself!

Really good flashlight with a great beam
This is a really good flashlight and the Green body color is very nice!First, this flashlight puts out a lot of light in a broad beam pattern which is great for walking at night. On "Turbo" it has a lot more throw than I expected for a light this small with its small reflectors; It will light up a tree or something similar at ~100 yards while still retaining a beam that is useful for lighting the path you are walking. On Turbo, this light will get warm pretty fast so, something to keep in mind if you are looking for sustained use at long range. Moonlight/Low mode is great for a dark hotel room or late night run to the bathroom so you don't disturb others. Medium and High modes are great for normal nighttime walks or looking for a misplaced item in a dark car trunk and similar uses. The size and form factor make this flashlight very easy to hold, use, and keep in a pocket or bag. Its small size and shape let it "disappear" when not needed while still retaining an easy-to-use form factor when you need it.I use the clip to attach it to my shirt collar when I need both hands free where it rides well and lights up the path I am walking or anything I am working on. The magnet base is very useful on a car hood or the engine when you are checking something at night and need more light than a single dim hood light can provide. In terms of runtime, the battery has about the same general capacity as a normal AA cell so, if you run it for long periods of time at high power levels, you will run the battery down. The good news is that it is easy to recharge, in my case with my cellphone, with a USB-C connector so, not really a concern for me. For someone forgetful, keeping a small battery charged could be a concern. However, on the non-Turbo modes, run time is very good for a battery this size.Overall, a great flashlight with great output for its small size, with good runtime for such a small battery, a great user experience with its great beam quality, a User Interface that is intuitive to use, a good clip and magnet in the base, and overall great build quality.-----------------------------------Added October 7, 2024I have been using this little flashlights a lot. It is super handy for general household uses and "out and about" while walking in the evening or while traveling when unloading the car in a motel parking lot and similar things. The small size and broad light output is very handy in everyday life. The width of the beam is very useful for finding things that may have been dropped or avoiding obstacles in my path at night. The battery may be small but, in my use, has never been a problem having never run out of power. It pairs well with my cellphone charger in the car too so, it is super easy to top off the battery when I have an evening outside.

Really Bright
This is just an initial review. First impression - I love the look and feel of it. Sturdy metal construction, with a nice belt or pen holder clip. If you are in law enforcement, it can be attached in a number of locations, depending on the equipment and uniform you wear. While I'm no longer in law enforcement, I will say, make sure to use the lanyard when possible, when attaching as a front mounted handless lighting option. While the clip is pretty snug, you may want to the lanyard through your button hole, vest cover or duty belt.As for brightness, for its size, this little flashlight is the GOAT!As I write this, I set a 30min timer and purposefully letting it run at full brightness. In full brightness, the light generated puts out a bit of warmth but not burning hot, even after 40mins of run time. After 40 mins, I figure this should be more than enough battery life for most people, with practical use.The price for this light was reasonable. I caught mine on sale. I'm glad it was on sale but, after testing it, I would pay regular price for it. I may get a few more. One for my wife's car and one for my daughter.
