Review: You don’t have to just wear clunky arch support shoes or sneakers all the time now - These are great. I used to get ankle pain and fatigue when going barefoot during yoga. Now I wear them under yoga socks and I have no foot fatigue. Orthotics for ballet type shoes did not give enough arch support, but now I can wear different type dress flats including mules. I also like the fact that there are two sizes because one of my feet doesn’t need as much arch support so I use the thicker pad one one foot and the thinner pad on the other.

Nice... Works. Then tend to flip back and crease on front end but I wear over socks in house. Outside that way shoes with orthotics. Don't like wearing shoes inside home. These work
